This policy applies to everyone who accesses or uses ZeperGo — account owners, team members, and anyone given access under a ZeperGo subscription. By using the platform, you agree to use it only in the ways described here.

What you must not do

Illegal Activity

You may not use ZeperGo to conduct, facilitate, or support any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

Unauthorized Access

You may not attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you. This includes probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any ZeperGo system without written permission.

Harmful Content

You may not upload, store, or transmit any content that is malicious, fraudulent, defamatory, or that violates the rights of any third party.

Spam & Unsolicited Communications

You may not use ZeperGo to send bulk unsolicited messages, spam, or any communication that violates anti-spam laws.

Reselling Access

You may not resell, sublicense, or provide access to ZeperGo to third parties without written authorization from us.

Platform Interference

You may not take any action that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the performance of the ZeperGo platform or its infrastructure. This includes introducing malware, viruses, or any harmful code.

Impersonation & Fraud

You may not impersonate another person, business, or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using ZeperGo.

Data Scraping

You may not use automated tools to extract, scrape, or collect data from ZeperGo without written permission.

Your team · your account

Responsibility for team access

If you have added team members to your ZeperGo account, you are responsible for ensuring they also follow this policy.

Violations by users under your account are your responsibility.

Enforcement

If this policy is violated

ZeperGo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of this policy. In serious cases involving illegal activity, we may report the matter to relevant authorities.

Termination due to a policy violation does not qualify for a refund. See Refund Policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of ZeperGo after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
