When you sign up and use ZeperGo

When you create an account or contact us, you give us information like your name, business name, email address, and phone number. When you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing details. We do not store full credit card numbers. Payment processing is handled by our payment gateway provider.

When you use the platform

We automatically collect usage data when you interact with ZeperGo. This includes your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, features used, and the date and time of access. We use this to understand how the platform is used and to improve it.

When you connect third-party platforms

If you integrate ZeperGo with Shopify, WooCommerce, QuickBooks, or ShipStation, we receive data from those platforms as part of the sync. That data is also governed by the privacy policies of those third-party services.

When you contact support

If you reach out to our support team, we keep a record of that communication to help resolve your issue and improve how we support customers.

02 · Always yours

Your Business Data

When you use ZeperGo to manage your inventory, orders, warehouses, customers, and billing, you are bringing your business data into the platform. That data belongs entirely to you.

We process it only to provide you with the service. We do not use your business data for advertising, analytics for third parties, or any purpose outside of operating ZeperGo for you.

You can access and export your business data at any time from within the platform. If you close your account, your data will be held for [X days] and then permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion by writing to hello@zepergo.com.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.
