Full refund within 45 days. Prorated after that for broken features.
Free Trial
ZeperGo offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You get full access to the platform for 14 days at no charge. If you decide ZeperGo is not for you during those 14 days, simply do not subscribe. No payment is taken, no refund is needed.
The trial automatically ends after 14 days. To continue using ZeperGo after the trial, you will need to choose a paid plan.
Monthly Plans
If you subscribe to a monthly plan and are unhappy at any point during your first 30 days, contact us at hello@zepergo.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue, provide a fix, or suggest a workaround.
If we are unable to resolve your concern to your satisfaction within that period, we will issue a full refund and move your account to the free plan.
Monthly charges after the first 30 days are non-refundable. Cancelling a monthly subscription stops future charges but does not qualify for a refund of the current billing period already paid.
Annual Plans
Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate in return for a full-year commitment paid upfront.
If you are unhappy with ZeperGo within the first 45 days of your annual subscription, contact us. We will work to resolve the issue. If we cannot, we will issue a full refund and close your account.
Annual subscription fees paid beyond the 45-day window are generally non-refundable. However, if at any point during your contract we remove, break, or discontinue a feature that was part of your plan when you signed up, notify us immediately. If we cannot restore it or provide an acceptable alternative within a reasonable timeframe, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused remaining period of your contract.
If you reduce your user seats, downgrade your plan edition, or remove a paid add-on during an active annual subscription, the remaining value of what you paid will be credited to your ZeperGo account. This credit will be applied to your next billing cycle. Cash refunds are not issued for partial downgrades.
If you upgrade your annual plan mid-cycle, the cost difference will be calculated on a prorated basis and charged accordingly.
Duplicate Payments
If you were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error, contact us at hello@zepergo.com with your payment details. Duplicate charges will be refunded in full once verified.
Failed or Incorrect Charges
If you were charged an incorrect amount or a payment was processed in error, reach out to us with your transaction details. We will investigate and process the correct refund within [X business days].
When a Refund Will Not Be Issued
Refunds will not apply in the following cases:
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- The refund request is made after the eligible period has passed
- You paid for an active subscription but chose not to use the platform
- The concern is about a feature that was never part of your subscribed plan
- Refund requests made for add-ons or integrations purchased separately from third-party providers
Taxes
Subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes charged at the time of payment are non-refundable once processed.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and typically takes [X to X business days] after the refund is approved from our end.
